POSITION SUMMARY

Deliver exceptional massage therapies to guests utilizing various techniques and products. Administer body treatments including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Evaluate guest requirements and inquire about any contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) prior to commencing service. Stay informed about the latest techniques and modalities relevant to the profession. Guide guests to and from treatment areas. Organize the workstation, treatment area, and draping materials. Regularly check in with guests to ensure comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the service. Promote and market spa and salon services, including retail products associated with the Spa. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools. Ensure the treatment area and workstation are tidy throughout the shift, disposing of waste and dirty linens, and securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Adhere to the scheduled time throughout the day. Address inappropriate guest behavior by following established protocols, which may include halting a treatment and notifying a supervisor. Maintain current skills and licensure in the service area as required by regional regulations.

REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE

Document accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Adhere to all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional and clean; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs; express gratitude to guests with genuine appreciation. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Execute fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to manipulate objects effectively. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid State or Regional Massage License.

The compensation range for this position is $16.00 per hour and may include benefits such as a 401(k) plan, earned paid time off, sick leave, and additional wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to eligibility, waiting periods, contributions, and other requirements.
