POSITION SUMMARY

Deliver exceptional massage treatments to guests utilizing various techniques and products. Administer body therapies including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Evaluate guest requirements and inquire about any contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) prior to commencing service. Stay informed about the latest techniques and modalities relevant to the profession. Escort guests to and from treatment areas, ensuring a seamless experience. Organize the workstation and treatment environment, ensuring all materials are in place. Regularly check in with guests to ensure their comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the service. Promote and sell spa services, including retail products associated with the Spa. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools, ensuring a hygienic environment. Keep the workstation and treatment area tidy during shifts, properly disposing of waste and securing supplies at the end of each session. Adhere to the scheduled time for services throughout the day. Address any inappropriate guest behavior by following established procedures, which may include halting a treatment and notifying a supervisor. Maintain current skills and licensure in accordance with regional regulations.

REPORTING AND SAFETY

Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; complete necessary safety training and certifications. Adhere to all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional and clean; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs; express gratitude to guests with sincerity. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Utilize fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks effectively. Execute other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid State or Regional Massage License.

The compensation for this role ranges from $16.00 per hour and may include benefits such as a 401(k) plan, earned paid time off, sick leave, and other wellness offerings. Benefits are subject to eligibility, waiting periods, contributions, and other requirements.
