POSITION SUMMARY

Deliver exceptional massage treatments to guests utilizing various techniques and products. Administer body therapies including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Evaluate guest requirements and inquire about any contraindications (e.g., allergies, medical conditions) prior to commencing services. Stay informed about the latest techniques and practices in the field. Guide guests to and from treatment areas. Organize workstations and treatment rooms effectively. Regularly check in with guests to ensure comfort and safety throughout their experience. Promote and sell spa services and related retail products. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and equipment. Ensure the treatment area is tidy throughout the shift, disposing of waste and securing supplies at the end of the day. Adhere to the schedule to manage time efficiently. Address any inappropriate guest behavior according to company protocols, which may include halting a service and notifying a supervisor. Keep skills and licenses current as per regional regulations.

Report any incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; complete required safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality of sensitive information; safeguard company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and respond to guest needs; express gratitude to guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; manipulate objects of various sizes and weights. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Utilize fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for various tasks. Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid State or Regional Massage License.

The compensation for this role ranges from $16.00 per hour and may include benefits such as a 401(k) plan, paid time off, sick leave, and wellness programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility, waiting periods, and other requirements.
