The primary responsibilities of the Regional Sales Executive include identifying new business opportunities and engaging with current clients to boost sales of the organization’s Converter, Specialty, and Industrial films product line.

This role is primarily field-based, requiring interaction with customer representatives at various levels, including Purchasing, Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Marketing.

The clientele ranges from small enterprises to large corporations across various market segments, with a focus on packaging converting companies.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking

• Formulate and execute sales strategies tailored to customer needs

• Engage with existing clients to enhance sales of the organization’s offerings

• Cultivate long-term, multi-tiered relationships with customers

• Surpass sales targets and budget expectations

• Provide accurate reporting and forecasting

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments

Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required

• Self-motivated and results-driven individual

• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales

• Willingness to travel up to 50%

• Experience with flexible films and/or flexographic printing is highly desirable

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to work collaboratively to drive business solutions

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Innovative mindset with robust project management abilities

• Capacity to quickly learn new products and technologies

• Proficient negotiation skills
