Position Overview: As the Regional Healthcare Executive for the Evansville Area, you will be responsible for shaping and supervising the strategic planning, policies, and operational practices in partnership with the executive leadership team for Deaconess Health System facilities. This includes oversight of multiple hospitals and clinics within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership on operational matters, collaborating effectively within a dynamic executive team.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, motivating staff to meet personal and organizational objectives.
- Engage in system-wide initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Prior experience in hospital administration is essential.
- Preferred: 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or strategic planning within a complex, multi-site healthcare organization.
