The Regional Sales Executive will oversee the promotion and sale of our product portfolio within a designated geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit exceptional sales techniques and implement strategic resource allocation to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, leveraging these connections to enhance performance.
  • Demonstrate foundational knowledge of business analytics, including customer insights and available resources.
  • Develop comprehensive account and territory strategies.
  • Utilize data effectively to identify and engage with high-value accounts.
  • Showcase expertise across our product offerings and therapeutic areas.
  • Manage territory efficiently by analyzing data to target high-prescribing healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations on our products to targeted healthcare providers.
  • Meet or surpass established sales targets and call averages.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor offerings related to our product lines.
  • Understand clinical and disease state knowledge and its implications for patients and providers.
  • Complete all administrative responsibilities promptly.
  • Participate in various sales training sessions, meetings, and industry conferences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales is preferred, with a proven track record of success.
  • Must reside in or near the assigned territory.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary for operating a company vehicle.
  • Overnight travel may be required.
  • Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to drive long distances within a large geographical area.
  • Physical ability to lift sample boxes weighing up to 25 pounds; reasonable accommodations can be arranged if needed.
  • Willingness to perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
