Key Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and various engagement strategies.
  • Formulating and executing effective sales strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Enhancing relationships with existing clients to boost sales of the company’s product offerings.
  • Building long-term, multi-tiered relationships with customers.
  • Surpassing sales targets and budgetary goals.
  • Providing accurate reporting and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues across different departments.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven attitude.
  • 3-5 years of experience in external sales.
  • A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Experience with flexible films and/or flexographic printing is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Innovative thinking with robust project management capabilities.
  • A capacity to quickly learn new products and technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
