Position Overview: Director of People Analytics
As the Director of People Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and direction of the People Analytics function. Reporting to the VP of People and Places Operations, you will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for People Analytics that aligns with organizational objectives, including oversight of data warehousing and analytics tools.
  • Promote a culture of data-informed decision-making throughout the organization, providing support to stakeholders with varying levels of data analytics proficiency.
  • Collaborate with the People Org Leadership Team to assess risks and opportunities in business planning, translating data findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Deliver regular updates to the People Team and leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights related to workforce dynamics.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to various centers of excellence within the People Team, ensuring the effective use of metrics and data interpretation.
  • Work closely with People Business Partners to facilitate change and drive outcomes through data analysis across various HR functions.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from People data, supporting both strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Maintain and enhance People Analytics dashboards, ensuring data is presented in a clear and actionable format.
  • Oversee the quality and integrity of key People datasets, ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment on impactful projects and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in People Analytics, Consulting, or Business Analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field such as Business, Mathematics, or Data Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and key performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing data pipelines and ensuring data quality.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and aligning analytics initiatives with business needs.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Workday, Tableau, and advanced Excel.

Additional Considerations:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline is a plus.
  • Experience in building a People Analytics program is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in HR analytics and technology.
