The Senior People Analytics Business Partner, Workforce Strategy will become an integral part of our People Analytics team within Employee Experience, reporting directly to the Head of People Analytics. This position will collaborate across various functions to support initiatives that assess or influence workforce metrics such as hiring and attrition rates, workplace strategy, and organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Workplace Solutions, serving as their primary liaison to the People Analytics team.
  2. Engage with stakeholders and other business units to gain a comprehensive understanding of current priorities, ensuring that reporting and analysis align with these objectives.
  3. Act as a strategic advisor to the Talent team, conducting analyses and literature reviews to address stakeholder inquiries.
  4. Utilize academic and industry research, analytics, and insights into HR trends to tackle practical business challenges.
  5. Communicate prioritized stakeholder initiatives and contextual business information to the Analytics team, driving clarity and effective execution.
  6. Develop presentations and convey insights to stakeholders in a manner that encourages actionable outcomes and positive impact.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in People Analytics, Talent Acquisition Analytics, or Workforce Planning analytics, along with consulting experience.
  2. Advanced knowledge in Industrial/Organizational psychology or a related discipline (i.e., advanced degree or equivalent experience in workplace psychology).
  3. In-depth understanding of the HR landscape, including functions, processes, challenges, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in statistical analysis and interpretation, capable of explaining and addressing inquiries related to data analysis and outcomes.
  5. Strong competency in data storytelling and research, ensuring the integrity of findings.
  6. Exceptional ability to influence and cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders.

At Adobe, we value transparency in compensation, reflecting the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The salary range for this position is $88,600 to $206,300 annually, with variations based on work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Specific salary details will be shared during the hiring process.
