Position Overview:
The Head of People Operations will spearhead the development and expansion of our People Operations department. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute holistic people strategies that align with the organization’s business and growth goals.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the executive leadership on all matters related to personnel.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management regarding organizational structure, change management, and employee development initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the People team, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes.
- Manage People Operations, encompassing compensation and benefits, employee relations, retention, and workplace experience.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, federal, and international employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Continuously enhance people operations processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
- Design and implement extensive talent development programs, including performance management, career progression, and succession planning.
- Analyze organizational trends using key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations aimed at reducing turnover, enhancing culture, and boosting productivity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is advantageous.
- Over 15 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in a high-growth startup or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
- A passion for cultivating a positive organizational culture and enhancing the employee experience.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $220,000 - $260,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. This position is eligible for stock options and a comprehensive benefits package.
