About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Account Manager to join our Sales organization in the Tarrytown/Westchester area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and building effective relationships within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities aligned with our overall market and growth strategy.
  • Drive newly launched innovative products and services into the marketplace and proactively follow up on the successful implementation of sales activity at key accounts.
  • Support customer requirements in supply and quality in close alignment with our internal capabilities.
  • Regularly visit critical decision makers and influencers at the accounts and build sustainable business relationships.
  • Periodically report on the progress of the business to line management and internal stakeholders, using reporting tools as provided and recommended by the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Bioengineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience and proven track in sales within the Biotech or Life Science Industry.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of working time in designated territory.
  • Proficient with MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in fermentation, filtration, and purification technologies.
  • General sales skills, presentation skills, and solid business acumen.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, and hard working.
  • Good teamwork skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position will be a base salary between $90,000.00 and $115,000.00 depending upon experience and qualifications. Commissions for this position generally range up to 30% of a candidate's base salary. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and well-being support, retirement savings plan, and flexible spending options.
