To further enhance our ability to meet the critical demands of our clients, DDC is on the lookout for a Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist.

This role necessitates a U.S Person or an individual eligible for a Department of State or Commercial License.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually.

This position requires full-time on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

The Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist will undertake a variety of tasks associated with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable include cash application, collection efforts, processing credit applications, and conducting month-end reconciliations. Accounts Payable responsibilities encompass accurate and timely invoice coding, executing payment runs, performing prepaid and commissions analysis, as well as month-end reconciliations.

  • Supervision of outsourced activities for both AR & AP
  • Maintain strong relationships with external clients and vendors to effectively address any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal departments to resolve any discrepancies related to payables that could delay vendor payments.
  • Support year-end audits and SOX compliance reviews, providing assistance for all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable matters.
  • General Accounting tasks as assigned, including but not limited to general ledger account analysis and journal entry postings.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with fundamental Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to foster effective interpersonal relationships
  • Proactive and action-oriented
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
