Our innovative Field Data Collection Software is tailored to assist in managing and tracking facility attribute data.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Field Manager acts as a vital strategic ally to field operations leaders, providing expertise in talent development, workforce planning, and conflict resolution. This role is essential in implementing HR processes and programs that align with Reconn's business objectives, focusing on delivering proactive HR solutions that enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR practices, demonstrate creativity, and show a strong commitment to fostering a positive employee experience. Regular field visits and collaboration with personnel are integral to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a consultative relationship with field leaders, offering guidance on employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and policy application.
  • Stay informed about business challenges and industry trends to devise effective HR strategies that enhance organizational performance and employee retention.
  • Lead initiatives that promote a culture of growth, innovation, and accountability during organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on leadership processes, including workforce planning, career development, and compensation strategies.
  • Partner with field leaders and recruitment teams to attract high-potential candidates and reduce turnover.
  • Work alongside Corporate HR and training teams to ensure consistent onboarding and skill development across the organization.
  • Advise management on compensation-related decisions and analyze compensation trends to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote fair treatment across the organization.
  • Contribute to team efforts with other HR professionals to deliver consistent and high-quality service.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials for leadership development as required.
  • Engage actively in field operations with regular visits and collaboration with personnel.
  • Participate in special projects or perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of strategic HR or organizational development experience is required, with at least 3 years in labor relations strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel overnight 20-30% of the time, with additional day trip travel.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building effective partnerships and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify HR trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a solid understanding of employment laws and HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Effective change management skills that support team development and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HRIS/HRM systems.
