Job Title:

Vice President

Position Summary:

The Vice President will lead a practice group responsible for managing integrated marketing and public relations programs for tech clients. They will co-lead a team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and enhance the agency's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the senior management team, shaping the agency culture, strategy, and direction
  • Meet or exceed practice group metrics, including $1.5 million in revenue and billability goals
  • Provide timely forecasts, meet targets, and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
  • Cultivate and retain a strong client base with prominent brands and sought-after startups
  • Grow the client base through organic growth, vetting and winning new business leads, and prospecting opportunities from personal networks
  • Liaise with executive teams and serve as a respected counselor to client companies
  • Lead account success initiatives and develop internal team leaders across accounts
  • Embark on ambassadorial duties, promoting Spark's best work and maintaining high standards internally and externally
  • Grow, mentor, and manage a talented team, coaching junior staff to lead their own practice groups
  • Efficiently run accounts, adhering to operational processes like budgeting, invoicing, and time management
