Strategic Account Lead for Retail Partnerships

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Lead to join our team and lead day-to-day operations and strategic planning for key retail partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales, managing inventory, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
About the Role- Lead the development of 3-year plans to drive sales and implement key business strategies such as Conversion and Staffing.
- Manage inventory levels in collaboration with the Account Manager and Sr Account Director/Account Director, ensuring proper opening orders per allocation and shipping dates.
- Conduct regular productivity analysis of merchandising strategy and provide sales data to support updates to maximize profitability.
- Take the lead in the budget process in collaboration with the Sr. Director or Director of the Account.
- Provide summary analysis for key G/L lines for presentation to management and track monthly expenses vs. budget.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and analysis to account and field teams, including top-line sales results, sku penetration %, and monthly ranking by door.
- Proven experience in retail planning or merchandising with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence weekly.
- An annual salary range of $95,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience.
