Strategic Partnership Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnership Marketing Director to join our team at Checkr.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth through partnerships, develop and execute strategic partner marketing initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to integrate partners into our Go-To-Market strategy and campaigns.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to fuel growth across the partner ecosystem
- Mentoring and guiding senior manager resources, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Creating compelling copy used in co-marketing programs in collaboration with partners, product marketing, and content team
- Identifying and piloting new initiatives with partners using marketing development funds to drive product sign-ups, pipeline, and revenue
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners and collaborating closely with internal teams to optimize resource allocation and prioritize initiatives for effective execution and alignment with business goals
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space
- Proven track record of creating and executing new partner marketing programs and building win-win relationships with partners
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple projects
- Courage to take the initiative, pilot, and evaluate new program types
- Deep understanding of the customer journey through and with a partner
- Cross-functional leadership and experience driving alignment across different teams
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker
- Proven ability to manage and coach team members, fostering collaboration and aligning cross-functional teams to drive performance and success
