Position Overview:

The Executive Meetings Manager plays a crucial role in orchestrating short-term meetings and group bookings at our esteemed hotel. This position involves overseeing the setup, execution, and breakdown of conference meeting spaces to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to all client inquiries and negotiate profitable room and catering arrangements.
  • Provide clients with marketing materials, including menus and room layout diagrams.
  • Prepare and dispatch proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate room assignments, ensuring all client needs are met, including accessibility requirements.
  • Educate event planners on hotel policies regarding meal guarantees, setup styles, and available services.
  • Ensure all event details are accurately documented and communicated to relevant staff.
  • Conduct site inspections and engage with potential clients in line with company policies.
  • Maintain an active list of top accounts for ongoing relationship management.
  • Participate in networking events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns to uphold service excellence.
  • Manage the logistics of short-term bookings and wedding events, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.

Education and Experience:

This role requires a combination of sitting, walking, and standing, with the ability to navigate the property and attend various functions.
