As a participant in the Manager Development Program, you will undertake various responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Set the standard for outstanding customer interactions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Foster customer loyalty through excellent service and positive experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Manage Daily Operations:

  • Plan and execute daily store operations based on business needs.
  • Ensure proper staffing and adherence to opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain high service standards through regular quality checks and team coaching.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Address equipment issues and manage inventory effectively.

Lead and Develop Team Members:

  • Provide daily guidance and coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Support employee development through effective training and feedback.
  • Foster a positive and safe work environment aligned with company values.
  • Create weekly schedules to meet business demands while considering employee needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support operations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Associate's degree or higher, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience in management, sales, or military leadership.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong visual and auditory capabilities to ensure safety and effective communication.
