• Develop and implement schedules to meet customer requirements and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.

• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and development opportunities.

• Collaborate with front-line managers to develop action plans to improve financial and operational performance.

• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees to ensure a high-performing team.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in project management and people management, preferably in a commercial or construction industry.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience using a computer in a general business environment.

• Background in construction or a related field is necessary.

• Driver's license required.
