Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to join our team and lead operational excellence in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding annual targets and KPIs, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster customer relationships through feature development, customer, and customer-vendor onboardings, account management, and support operations.
  • Strategy Development: Provide strategy and a playbook for the team that aligns with overall company vision and objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead the change management and adoption cycle of users, including the delivery and articulation of Vorto's value proposition to various customer stakeholders.
  • User Training and Onboarding: Train and onboard users across a customer's supply chain and logistics network.
  • Support and Development: Provide support to the customer, including development of support automation tools, and understand and sell solutions aligned to customers' unique problems and strategic objectives.
  • Innovation and Partnerships: Identify new opportunities to drive innovation to the market and strategize development ideas to address these opportunities, and work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive product partnerships and influence our product development roadmap to drive growth and differentiation.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including buyers, influencers, users, and their vendors.
  • Business Acumen: Immerse yourself in the business & company strategy to understand our biggest opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience with Customer Change Management/ Customer Service Required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in oil and gas industry preferred.
  • SaaS Experience: Prior SaaS experience preferred.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of exceeding annual targets and KPIs.
  • Relationship Building: Experience building networks and relationships at all levels of an organization (internal & external).
  • Operational Knowledge: Proven ability to work cross-functionally across customers' operations, IT, supply chain, logistics, and finance departments while supporting customer adoption.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word).
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%.
