Position Overview:
The Corporate Meetings Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and organizing short-term meetings and group events at our hotel. This position involves overseeing the setup, execution, and breakdown of conference rooms, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, securing profitable business opportunities in Rooms & Catering.
  • Provide clients with essential marketing materials, including menus and meeting room layouts.
  • Prepare and dispatch proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate detailed room lists, including types, locations, and billing information.
  • Educate event planners on hotel policies and procedures.
  • Manage all details on Event Orders, including setup specifications and catering requirements.
  • Distribute final Rooming Lists and Banquet Event Orders to relevant service staff.
  • Conduct site inspections and entertain potential clients in line with company policies.
  • Document and report all sales activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain relationships with top accounts through regular contact and engagement.
  • Participate in networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with Banquet & Culinary teams to exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilize sales resources effectively to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and lead by example to uphold brand standards.
  • Engage in short-term booking and wedding event management.
  • Prepare and execute sales contracts and event orders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Exhibit strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Previous hotel experience is preferred, with a focus on marketing and event management.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
