Job Summary

NXP Semiconductors N.V. is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with sales, business lines, and support organizations to ensure timely, accurate, and appropriate implementation of processes to manage key customer sample deliveries.
  • Sample Management: Support key account managers with handling product sampling for new projects from first samples all the way into production.
  • Team Partnership: Engage and partner with team members based across Europe, Asia, and the United States to support sampling efforts.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with material project managers at key customers, including loading documents to their portal.
  • Logistics and Operations: Help process both domestic and international shipments.
  • Survey Management: Organize, manage, and consolidate company responses to support annual key customer surveys.
  • Business Intelligence: Analyze and disseminate business information to key internal stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Track completion of key tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in managing day-to-day office functions, including placing purchase orders and special purchase requests.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory for office supplies.
  • Event Planning: Help coordinate on-site meeting logistics, including scheduling, catering, and special requests.
  • Team Support: Be a key team member supporting Americas Sales and Marketing team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or support organizations required, experience in semi-conductor industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint). Experience handling sensitive and confidential material. Professional maturity, strong emotional intelligence, integrity.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player who is willing to commit time and effort for the team to succeed. Business awareness and sensitivity. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and achieve consensus.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $78,200 to $107,500 annually. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles. Company benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid leave.
