In this influential role within our marketing division, you will leverage your expertise in CRM systems and lead a team responsible for our daily marketing operations. Your analytical skills and focus on conversion optimization will be crucial in refining customer experiences and enhancing conversion rates, placing you at the core of our marketing achievements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance marketing operations to align with the strategic objectives set by the Director of Marketing.
  • Guide, mentor, and cultivate the marketing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Evaluate and assess marketing activities, providing recommendations to ensure compliance with legal standards and industry regulations.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to drive campaigns, manage leads, and optimize customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with technical marketing leads to implement and manage automation processes for seamless campaign execution.
  • Work alongside the Business Operations team to analyze marketing and sales data, deriving insights to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor marketing effectiveness, key performance indicators (KPIs), and campaign metrics, delivering actionable insights to senior management.
  • Lead efforts in Conversion Optimization across all marketing channels, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and increasing conversion rates.
  • Coordinate all marketing campaigns, including live events and email initiatives, ensuring alignment across departmental responsibilities.
  • Manage the marketing lead funnel process, providing detailed reports on customer behavior and optimizing conversion strategies.
  • Develop and implement best practices for marketing operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency in all processes.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in Marketing, with a focus on operations roles.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in a B2C environment with a solid understanding of consumer marketing compliance.
  • Background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
