We are seeking a Senior Director of Finance, Banking, and Treasury to become a vital part of our innovative team in the Energy sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the financial aspects of the organization, which includes Accounts Receivable Factoring, Foreign Exchange, Supply Chain Financing, Debt Capital Markets, Working Capital, and Credit Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise comprehensive financial operations across the organization, focusing on Debt Capital Management, AR Factoring, Foreign Exchange, Supply Chain Financing, Working Capital, and Credit Risk.
  • Formulate and execute strategic financial plans that align with the company’s goals.
  • Manage partnerships with financial institutions, including banks and investment advisors.
  • Oversee treasury operations, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational requirements, managing banking relationships, and optimizing financial leverage.
  • Establish and maintain effective financial risk management protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and leadership on key decision-making matters impacting the organization.
  • Assess and advise on the implications of long-term planning, introduction of new initiatives, and regulatory changes.
  • Enhance and implement policies and procedures that will improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Continuously refine the budgeting process by educating department heads on financial matters affecting their budgets.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior financial management role, ideally within the Energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable Factoring, Foreign Exchange, Supply Chain Financing, Working Capital, and Credit Risk Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning at the management level.
  • Proficient in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous.
  • Proven leadership skills, team management experience, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a broad perspective while also focusing on detailed aspects of financial management.
