About the Role

The Outpatient Business Development Representative serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies. This role is responsible for creating demand for the facility's services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team to achieve business development goals.
  • Develops and implements effective marketing strategies to promote the facility's services.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with referring agencies and community partners.
  • Provides excellent customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles.
  • Valid driver's license.
