Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Business Analyst to contribute to our initiatives focused on refugee processing. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in International Development and Refugee Resettlement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing business workflows, identifying requirements, and pinpointing areas for enhancement while formulating, documenting, and executing solutions.
  • Conducting continuous evaluations of business processes and crafting optimization strategies.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in processes and IT to facilitate automation and modernization.
  • Facilitating meetings and presentations to communicate insights and findings.
  • Analyzing business and system requirements in collaboration with development teams and key stakeholders to translate these into effective solutions.
  • Engaging closely with Scrum Masters and IT teams to gather input that supports ongoing business needs.
  • Overseeing the design and testing of ServiceNow Applications and their integration with other platforms, utilizing best practices in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Ensuring project timelines are met while delivering software solutions that align with or exceed client expectations.
  • Documenting and conveying the outcomes of your analyses and initiatives.
  • Benchmarking our methodologies against current industry standards.
  • Adapting seamlessly between various projects and tasks.
  • Focusing on solution-oriented approaches rather than being confined to specific roles.
  • Performing additional duties or special projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in Agile business requirements.
  • Proven experience in creating User stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to assist users by investigating and resolving issues.
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle and processes in a team setting, particularly in Scrum/Agile development.
  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Management and Data Visualization tools is advantageous.
  • Capability to elicit requirements and verify outcomes in a Scrum environment is a plus.
  • ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred.

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Scrum Certification is a plus.

Clearance Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret Clearance is required.
