Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through in-person visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings
  • Make telemarketing calls to prospects to generate new business
  • Update territory and customer lists on a monthly basis
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and generate new leads
  • Assist in maintaining sales pipeline files with opportunities, projected revenue, and statuses
  • Establish and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage bankers, and other industry partners
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service plans, and retention strategies
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in title insurance sales or a related field
  • Proven sales track record
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
  • Automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle
