Strategic Partner Alliances Business Development Manager

The role of a Strategic Partner Alliances Business Development Manager at CrowdStrike, Inc. is a global opportunity responsible for planning, executing and managing the capabilities required to support our Partner/Alliances go-to-market business.
This position will lead the digital transformation of our Partner Experience across targeted and prioritized capabilities while ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead subject matter expert and single point of contact for assigned Partner capabilities
- Interface with IT teams to provide prioritization, user stories, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with GTM Program teams to understand business priorities and respective policies
- Partner with business architecture team to document processes and inter-dependencies for Partners across the company
- Create and maintain a prioritized list of enhancements and roadmap of deliverables
- Develop supporting documentation and work instructions
- Lead change management efforts, including documentation creation and handoff to Partner field teams
- Establish metrics to measure adoption, SLA, and support, identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes
- Develop and maintain governance models for assigned capabilities
- Maintain data and system hygiene through regular maintenance processes
- Serve as point of escalation for Partner operations field teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Operations
- Proven track record of managing key capabilities such as Contracts, Deal Registration, Partner Onboarding, Partner CPQ and Order Processing, Partner Training and Certifications
- Extensive experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, Clari, Crossbeam, and BI tools like Tableau
- Strong analytical background and ability to identify anomalies
- Self-starter with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
