Strategic Partner Marketing Manager for Cloud Workloads

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly capable, self-directed Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive pipeline of customer migrations of SAP workloads to AWS cloud services through global strategic partners. The ideal candidate has partner marketing expertise, a keen understanding of cloud dynamics, and the ability to build innovative high-value marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute global partner marketing tri-party programs delivering to success metrics
• Build best-in-class programs facilitating migration of enterprise applications/workloads to AWS with global strategic partners
• Collaborate with alliance partners on joint marketing highlighting benefits of running workloads on AWS
• Design scalable campaigns, toolkits, and resources for joint execution with the Alliance and global strategic partners
A Day in the Life
Define program requirements to drive high dealsize opportunities with the Alliance and global strategic partners
Communicate program design to marketing teams in the geos
Engage geo marketing and sales teams in identifying target customers
Provide regular status updates including metrics showing progress or blockers to the program
Lead regular reviews of the program with cross-functional teams
About the Team
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Requirements
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
