About the Role:

This Strategic Partner Operations Manager position under Field Alliances Operations will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the rapidly growing CrowdStrike MSSP partner ecosystem, as well as the Crowdstrike Alliances/Partner leadership team and wider Alliances/Partner team.

The successful candidate will have an emphasis on managing strong Salesforce data and partner program integrity with a focus on our partner-facing processes. While providing a seamless CrowdStrike experience for our partners, the role will involve constantly improving operations, building scalability, and serving as a partner advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with MSSP Partner Leaders and their teams to assist with Channel strategy using data-driven insights into trends, gaps, and opportunities to execute the plan.
  • Enable the wider Alliances/Partner team to ensure seamless execution of partner-related processes and initiatives through continuous enablement.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks to support MSP Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
  • Analyze and interpret data to prepare metrics and KPIs that are shared with management on a regular basis.
  • Support partner onboarding and compliance, as well as assist with complex contractual cases.
  • Ensure all partner deals are properly categorized and correct partner attribution is tagged, including regional deal support.
  • Advise on process enhancements and collaborate with IT, capability, and GTM teams.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure processes align with business needs and provide recommendations for the future.
  • Contribute to the Annual Planning Process.
  • Investigate and resolve commission issues escalated by the Compensation Team.
  • Institute best practices and scalable processes, including data flow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes as the partnership model expands, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams to deliver a positive user experience for partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Partner or Channel Operations
  • Minimum 5 years of MSSP Operations experience
  • Strong understanding of how MSPs operate
  • Strong analytical background with ability to identify anomalies
  • Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and operationally-minded
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills with strong business partnership experience
  • Proficiency in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and adapt to change
  • Curious and willing to continuously improve experience for partners and internal teams
  • Ability to prioritize and optimize tasks

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
