Regional Alliances Business Development Manager

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Director to lead its Regional Alliances team in the US. This key role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of creating innovative enterprise solutions and successful GTM plans with leading channel partners.
About the Role:
- Oversee a team of Regional Alliance Managers aligned to CrowdStrike sellers in various segments, driving growth and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to exceed expectations with regional solution provider and tech alliances partners.
- Work cross-functionally with CrowdStrike's Marketing and Enablement teams to build and support alliances program initiatives.
- Leverage investment resources strategically to maximize ROI while meeting or exceeding partner-sourced revenue targets and growth goals.
- Collaborate closely with Americas sales leadership to ensure alignment with partner sales teams and overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Regional Alliance Managers to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, solution providers, and tech alliances.
- Design and implement a strategic plan to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align on sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in alliance management, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of success in creating innovative enterprise solutions and achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence at senior levels.
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in the information security space and strong technical knowledge of security and networking technologies.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
