About the Role:

CrowdStrike is currently seeking a Regional Alliances Manager to focus on customer expansion in South Central. This role involves growing our existing business within the VAR/Reseller, Technology Alliances and GSI partner channels, with a significant increase in partner-originated opportunities/deal registrations.

This position is open to candidates located in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit and collaborate with partners for successful engagement, launches, and enablement up to delivery of sales, product and support trainings as required.
  • Coordinate technical enablement for relevant partners with Channel Sales Engineer. Develop a technical enablement strategy supporting channel sales strategy for the territory.
  • SUPPORT engagement of internal sales and technical teams with partners' sales and technical teams.
  • Strategize/design and execute marketing programs/events/campaigns creating interest and awareness among partners' customers.
  • Develop a business plan outlining target revenues and objectives for the year.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition and competition.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Other projects and duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of channel sales experience in software/SaaS business-to-business environment with consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality with hands-on problem-solving skills and ability to generate ideas/solutions.
  • New partner development experience, decision-maker relationships within current channels.
  • Ability to communicate with partners at all levels - from sales rep to C-level/business owner.
  • Motivated/focused self-starter with strong leadership skills, capable of multi-tasking, working independently/team.
  • Strong organizational/presentation/communication skills.

Compensation:

We estimate an annual salary of $120,000 for this role, based on the location in Texas.
