Client Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sales initiatives and long-term strategies to bolster business objectives and meet profitability, cost management, and operational efficiency goals.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, underwriters, and third parties.
- Provide guidance to clients on insurance coverage and risk management concerns.
- Manage policy modifications and cancellations.
- Address claims and billing questions.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with insurance providers and underwriters.
3. Promptly report any situations that could result in potential or actual errors and omissions claims or related complaints to the department manager.
4. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Performance Standards:
- Achieve all performance and conduct expectations as outlined in the company appraisal documentation or communicated by management.
- Execute responsibilities as directed, achieving desired outcomes within expected timelines and with a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain constructive and productive relationships with all staff, clients, and business partners.
- Exhibit the necessary behavioral and technical competencies to effectively fulfill job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for professional and technical growth.
- Adhere to company HR policies, the Code of Business Conduct, and all subsidiary and departmental policies and procedures, including safeguarding confidential company information, maintaining punctual attendance, and following safety protocols in all activities.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience and knowledge.
- Two years of successful service experience with an independent agency (or equivalent).
- Property and Casualty License.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance agency operations, claims processing, coverage options, rates, markets, and relevant insurance regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products, particularly those offered through HomeServices Insurance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven skills in automation, time management, and organization.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and management techniques.
