Position Summary: The Admissions Team Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and requirements of the Admissions Team. This position ensures a high standard of customer service by adhering to response timelines for all inquiries from clients and the Admissions Team, facilitating the onboarding and training of new team members, and collaborating closely with the Admissions Manager. Additionally, this role involves monitoring trends, conducting chart audits, and addressing concerns raised by clients while serving as an advanced Admissions Specialist.

Work Schedule:

Full Time (1.0 FTE/40 hours per week)

Role of Admissions Specialists in Recovery:

The Admissions Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for both prospective and returning clients seeking treatment at Accanto Health, as well as for individuals looking for treatment information for their loved ones and external referral sources.

As an Admissions Specialist, you will exhibit compassion and commitment to finding suitable solutions for our clients. With a focus on quality and urgency, your objective is to communicate effectively with clients, families, and providers to ensure timely access to care, utilizing a relational selling approach. This position is accountable for meeting departmental and individual KPIs while providing an outstanding experience.

Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging with potential clients in a relational and empathetic manner while performing in a results-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
  • Dedicated to facilitating access to care and achieving targeted KPIs.
  • Maintaining conversion rate performance at or above goals by effectively managing multiple entry points for marketing-qualified leads.
  • Customizing messaging to various personas and stages of the prospect journey to sustain conversion rates.
  • Achieving targeted registration volumes by employing motivational techniques that encourage new clients to proceed in the admissions process.
  • Overcoming objections and guiding potential clients forward through a consultative selling approach focused on solutions.
  • Balancing high growth expectations with compassionate interactions, consistently engaging with warmth and empathy.
  • Exhibiting professionalism when communicating with prospective clients, referring providers, and concerned family members through live calls and other inquiry methods.
  • Clearly articulating what to expect during the admissions process at Accanto Health, positioning us as experts in the field of eating disorders.
  • Responding effectively to a wide range of inquiries from prospective clients, family members, and referral sources regarding treatment options and approaches.
  • Building strong relationships with Key Referring Providers and demonstrating urgency in supporting these referrals.
  • Providing community resources for callers who may not be able to access care at Accanto.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales environment is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare sales environment is preferred.
  • Experience in a behavioral healthcare call center is desirable.
