We are currently seeking a Client Service Professional to act as the primary point of contact between clients and Financial Advisors (FAs). This role encompasses all facets of the client experience, including the preparation of financial documentation and account reviews.

This position is on-site. The anticipated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience.

We determine our initial compensation target based on national survey data and adjust it according to factors such as tenure, performance, and geographic considerations. We encourage transparency in discussions regarding compensation expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Vice President (Financial Advisor) and their clients by leading the implementation of the client service model.
  • Oversee the establishment of new accounts at custodial and broker/dealer levels; ensure timely follow-up on fund transfers.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries; complete necessary financial documentation to implement client recommendations, modify beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc.
  • Guarantee the accurate completion of prospect/new client documentation and setup.
  • Maintain the Salesforce database and client records (filing, copying, data entry).
  • Investigate and follow up on any issues with broker/dealers, vendors, and the Wealth Enhancement Group operations team.
  • Document incoming assets using the appropriate tracking tools.
  • Familiarize yourself with company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and sales methodologies.
  • Support client service functions across all teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • Possession of active securities licenses 7 & 66 (or 7, 63 & 65) - or the ability to obtain them within 6 months of hire - is required.
  • A 4-year degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial administration is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential for developing team and client relationships.
  • Professional demeanor and effective communication skills are required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and process adherence are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, are important.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with E-Money is a plus.
  • Experience with GMIB Annuities is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Annuity Order Entry/Annuity Net Systems is a plus.
