As a Sales and Marketing Associate within our organization, you will be instrumental in fostering business expansion by identifying and acquiring new customers, managing current accounts, and promoting our services to those impacted by water and fire incidents.

This role necessitates a blend of exceptional communication abilities, a solid understanding of mitigation procedures, basic knowledge of residential and commercial construction, along with a strong customer-oriented mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct comprehensive research on prospective clients and their requirements related to water and fire damage recovery.
Develop and sustain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Understand the specific needs of clients and propose suitable water and fire recovery solutions.
Provide precise and comprehensive information regarding our services, pricing, and timelines.
Complete commercial pre-response plans with business and commercial property owners. Conduct on-site evaluations to assess damage and customize solutions to meet client needs.
Enhance brand visibility by participating in local networking events.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that proposed solutions align with the company's capabilities.

Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively communicate with clients.

Collaboration with Operations:
Work closely with the operations team to coordinate and schedule recovery projects.
Provide clear and detailed project requirements to ensure successful execution.
Collaborate with the General Manager/owner to develop strategies and plans to convey the desired message.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the water and fire recovery or related sector.
Strong understanding of water and fire damage recovery processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel for on-site evaluations and client meetings while maintaining a professional appearance.

Education:
A high school diploma is required, and a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
