We are looking for a proactive and skilled Client Relations Supervisor to become a part of our team at Lindsay Windows LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of client service representatives and manage daily operational tasks

Formulate and execute client service policies and protocols

Address escalated client concerns and grievances promptly and professionally

Assess client satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the overall experience

Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure smooth client interactions

Embody and promote Lindsay Windows' Core Values in all daily activities

Support and assist the finance team with Accounts Payable (AP) functions

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a client service management position, with 3-5+ years of relevant work experience

Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities

Strong analytical skills and a client-centric approach

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software

Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline preferred

Experience in the building or construction industry is advantageous

Compensation:
$50,000-$65,000/year. Salary Exempt

Compensation is based on experience (DOE)
