Position: Sales Territory Manager, Medical Solutions

If you are a skilled sales professional with a technical background seeking to advance your career with a reputable and expanding market leader, this opportunity within Sefar's Components Division may be ideal for you.

We are looking for a candidate with robust sales acumen and exceptional technical problem-solving abilities to spearhead our sales initiatives within the designated territory. This role will primarily focus on the Medical sector, operating from a home office. You will collaborate directly with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to define our offerings and engage with Injection Molders relevant to our applications. The ideal candidate will possess current field sales experience in specifying technical products, along with strong problem-solving capabilities when interfacing with Medical Device manufacturers. This position requires a significant amount of travel, estimated at 50% to 80%, typically involving 6 to 8 overnight trips each month.

This role will primarily focus on Medical applications, while other sectors such as Process Filtration, Screen Printing, and Architectural products are managed by separate sales teams.

Leverage the support team designed to alleviate administrative burdens, allowing you to concentrate on sales. Your team includes:
- Inside Sales: Managing orders and facilitating internal processes for existing accounts, as well as providing new business support through quote development.
- Business Development: Offering strategic assistance, marketing resources, and overall support.
- Product Specialists: Our engineering team is available to assist with the technical application of our products.
