- Market Development: Attain an in-depth understanding of SRT/SHT, including forestry, sustainability, design, commercial commodity trends, construction markets, and structural building.
- Present and Represent: Present to and represent WholeTrees Structures to the broad developer, design, and contractor communities.
- Identify and Qualify New Opportunities: Identify, qualify, and quantify new sales opportunities.
- Respond and Engage: Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
- Act as a Project Consultant: Act as a project consultant and liaison to the design community.
- Develop and Present Value-Added Project Solutions: Develop and present value-added project solutions.

- Develop Territory Plan and Prepare Reports: Develop territory plan and prepare required reports and forecasts.
- Maintain CRM: Proactively maintain and manage HubSpot CRM.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain an adept understanding of the latest industry trends to support sales strategy.
- Produce Accurate Sales Forecasts: Produce accurate sales forecasts utilizing existing CRM workflows.
- Proven Sales Development Track Record: Proven sales development track record focused on structural solutions, sustainability, and mass timber construction.
- Ability to Work Safely: Ability to work safely.

- Education and Experience: BA/BS degree in Engineering or Architecture preferred. Commercial construction experience (3 plus years preferred).
