Job Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager in our Lead Management division, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development of our cardiac lead management operations. Your primary responsibility will be to address the needs of healthcare professionals by managing leads with precision and care, thereby enhancing the adoption of Excimer laser technology and related products among suitable patients through effective representation, training, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth in alignment with corporate objectives; categorize assigned accounts based on their revenue potential and formulate a comprehensive territory strategy; engage and influence key decision-makers regarding proposals, offers, and terms necessary to meet sales targets.
  • Cultivate and sustain effective communication skills to boost physician interest and engagement in the use of Excimer laser technology and associated products; evaluate the motivations and opinions of decision-makers and influencers within accounts to determine the most effective approach.
  • Enhance communication with Clinical Advisors, Field Service Engineers, Management, and all stakeholders impacting the account.
  • Initiate and support account-related activities, including clinical assistance, technical support, maintenance, and the implementation of safety protocols for lead extraction products.
  • Travel extensively throughout the designated territory.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in customer relationship management and account oversight within the healthcare sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Excimer laser technology is essential; knowledge of pacing technologies, electrophysiology, and related CRM devices is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage accounts, focusing on utilization, relationship management, problem-solving, business planning, budget management, and expense reporting.
  • Strong clinical and technical acumen, with the ability to confidently engage key stakeholders to present compelling value propositions.
  • Capability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of the role, with or without accommodation.
