Your Responsibilities:

  • Building and nurturing strong connections with prospective clients for Paradigm Estimation.
  • Collaborating with home renovation firms, lumber suppliers, and exterior product vendors to establish partnerships with Paradigm Estimation & Sales.
  • Employing diverse communication strategies to initiate discussions regarding Paradigm's offerings and their advantages.
  • Coordinating product showcases to demonstrate the benefits in real-time.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends to provide knowledgeable insights and assistance to clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven sales success, ideally within the construction or software sectors.
  • Exhibited commitment and flexibility in pursuing opportunities and finalizing agreements.
  • Capability to operate autonomously while also functioning effectively within a team.
  • Adaptability to shifting business environments and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 25-30% of the time.
