At Ironwatch Security, our clients come first. As a Territory Sales Consultant, you will build relationships, develop new business opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions to our clients, helping them achieve their objectives while achieving your own.

As a Territory Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing sales and client relationships for both existing and potential clients within your designated territory. This includes:
- Pursuing New Clients
- Researching industry and market trends affecting security needs within your territory
- Identifying and evaluating prospective clients
- Developing sales strategies that emphasize the products, services, values, and solutions offered by Ironwatch Security and presenting these strategies to potential clients
- Enhancing Existing Client Relationships
- Visiting all clients within the assigned territory regularly
- Conducting business reviews to assess client needs and identify opportunities for growth
- Providing ongoing training to clients on Ironwatch Security offerings
- Identifying areas within existing client operations where Ironwatch Security can add value
- Sales Territory Management
- Balancing new client acquisition with the enhancement of existing client relationships
- Coordinating visits to both prospective and current clients
- Communicating order status and updates to clients
Ironwatch Security's goal during your initial period is to equip you for success. This includes engaging you in various training opportunities, including e-learning, classroom sessions, role-playing, job shadowing, and mentorship from experienced sales representatives.
Throughout your initial period, you will learn:
- How to utilize Ironwatch Security systems, processes, and tools to manage client relationships
- About the products available to Ironwatch Security clients
- The sales process for engaging new clients
- How to establish your network of resources as an Ironwatch Security sales representative
- Best practices for developing relationships with current and prospective clients
- Strategies for effectively managing your territory
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
- 1 year of prior sales, business, or security service experience
- Maintaining a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications
