- As a Lead Marketing Campaign Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives within the industrial automation sector.
- We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- This position may transition from temporary to permanent based on performance.
- Work location is flexible, with opportunities in various offices.
- Travel requirements are minimal, with domestic travel expected to be under 25%.
- Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our marketing communications strategy and develop compelling content for our customers, partners, and influencers.
- You will be tasked with the tactical execution, assessment, and insights of marketing programs.
- Staying updated with the latest marketing trends is essential for success in this role.
- Key outcomes include building brand recognition, driving demand generation, and enhancing our digital marketing and event capabilities through various media channels.
- Collaborate with Channel and Segment Marketing leaders, thought leadership teams, and both internal and external agencies to contribute to diverse marketing campaigns.
- Manage the campaign calendar, program documentation, and ensure timely delivery of inbound and outbound marketing assets.
- *Oversee comprehensive event planning, including content creation, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with internal and external agency personnel to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Communicate brand standards effectively to all stakeholders involved.
- Work with deployment teams to ensure cohesive execution of media placements, marketing automation, and public relations efforts.
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies across various channels to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on campaign outcomes, including insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Utilize various marketing technologies, including CRM and analytics platforms, to enhance campaign performance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is required; professional project management certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, particularly in event planning and digital marketing channels.
- Experience in the technology sector or related industries is advantageous.
- Proven ability to leverage data and metrics for performance measurement and strategy adjustment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
