Store Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team of delivery personnel and customer service associates to guarantee prompt and precise order processing.
- Oversee daily financial reconciliations and inventory assessments during closing hours.
- Ensure the store is fully prepared and operational at opening time.
- Instill a strong sense of urgency in fulfilling customer orders.
- Maintain compliance with operational standards set forth by Domino's.
- Supervise overall store functions and maintain communication with management and staff regarding business performance.
- Manage inventory and product requirements for bi-weekly supply deliveries.
- Provide training and support to the General Manager regarding store operations.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels and develop work schedules based on operational demands.
- Handle cash and credit transactions processed by delivery staff.
- Address customer disputes effectively while prioritizing satisfaction.
- Ensure delivery vehicles comply with safety and inspection regulations.
- Assist in efficiently routing delivery drivers to meet company standards.
- Possess a clear understanding of profit and loss statements.
- Enforce company grooming and uniform policies.
- Promote pizza offerings, special deals, and marketing campaigns.
- Receive comprehensive training in food preparation, operational procedures, and delivery packaging.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through both phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer-based order management systems.
- Encourage teamwork, enthusiasm, and a positive workplace atmosphere.
