Position Overview
This hybrid role, based in the RTP, North Carolina area, seeks a **Senior Marketing Strategist** within the Global Multimedia Creative team. This position is designed for a creative professional dedicated to producing engaging content across diverse media platforms.

The individual will be tasked with developing and implementing high-quality design concepts that align with the company's product and service objectives, all while contributing to a comprehensive Global Marketing Strategy aimed at achieving company growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with go-to-market and regional marketing teams to transform creative concepts into reality, bringing insightful recommendations to the table.

Engage in brainstorming sessions, define project scopes, and assist in the creation of creative briefs.

Provide design expertise and support to the global marketing team across all regions, including Europe, UK&I, North America, and India.

Design and maintain visual assets that effectively promote the Clinisys brand and its solutions, which include imagery, icons, marketing materials, videos, campaigns, social media content, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, website designs, and conference event visuals.

Solicit feedback and refine designs based on stakeholder input, ensuring that all materials comply with QARA regulations and are reviewed by the digital marketing team for brand alignment.

Ensure that all regionally developed materials are consistent with the corporate image, positioning, and messaging across all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and other mediums.

Manage and organize multimedia assets within a digital asset management system, maintaining the Clinisys Brand Central folder.

Assist in the design layout, navigation, and uploading of relevant content and graphics for the company website.

Coordinate projects with external graphic agencies as necessary, including obtaining project estimates and ensuring adherence to graphic, proofing, and delivery deadlines.

Maintain a keen awareness of market positioning relative to competitors, utilizing data and insights to propose innovative and impactful strategies to enhance the brand's market proposition.

Adhere to all duties in compliance with FDA's Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and other international regulatory requirements applicable to Clinisys.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute multiple critical projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a capacity for innovative thinking and rapid achievement of business results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively drive and deliver marketing objectives.
  • Validated capability to communicate with diverse audiences through written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work efficiently in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to consider various perspectives and evaluate differing viewpoints.
  • Proven capacity to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of contemporary graphic and marketing tools, techniques, and technologies.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • At least 4 years of experience in directly designing and creating multimedia collateral.
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design, marketing communications, multi-channel advertising, brand activities, and brand awareness in the software or high technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience with presentation, publishing, and video development tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in global and/or international digital and marketing communications.
  • Background in the IT software marketplace.
  • Experience working in-house within a corporate environment.
  • Comfort in communicating with and presenting to clinical and technical experts and leadership.
  • Experience in laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or similar fields is desirable.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

The starting salary range for this position typically falls between $75,000 and $95,000 annually. The actual salary will be determined based on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience.

Physical Requirements

This role is primarily performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. It involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with up to 15% travel required. Moderate lifting or carrying of 15-44 lbs. may be necessary, along with the use of fingers and walking or standing for 2-6 hours. Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions may occur, particularly during travel to client sites.
