  • This role plays a crucial part in executing the marketing communications strategy and delivering content offerings to our clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • The coordinator will handle tactical execution, performance measurement, and strategic insights.
  • Integration of inbound and outbound marketing strategies is essential for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Staying updated with the latest marketing trends is vital for success in this position.
  • The primary objectives include enhancing brand visibility, generating demand, and improving digital marketing and event capabilities through various media channels.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on diverse marketing communications campaigns with Channel & Segment Marketing leaders, thought leadership teams, deployment teams, and both internal and external agencies.
  • Manage the campaign calendar, documentation, inbound/outbound assets, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
  • *Oversee comprehensive event planning, including content creation, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, booth planning, invitation management, onsite support, budget adherence, and KPI reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external agency personnel and vendors, including designers, animators, and printers.
  • Ensure brand standards are communicated and maintained across all stakeholders.
  • Direct the deployment team for media placements, paid search, web pages, marketing automation, events, and public relations to ensure cohesive execution of tactics.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing methods across various channels (web, email, landing pages, etc.) to enhance campaign effectiveness promptly.
  • Deliver campaigns within established timelines.
  • Proactively manage the campaign budget, making adjustments based on performance metrics.
  • Maintain oversight of the pipeline and follow up on leads.
  • Address any issues that arise during campaigns and escalate as necessary.
  • Support additional business priorities as required.
  • Monitor and report on the health and progress of the demand generation pipeline, including impressions, web traffic, inquiries, opportunities, and closed sales.
  • Provide thorough analysis and reporting for each campaign and tactic, including insights, interpretations, commentary, and recommendations.
  • Utilize various marketing technologies, including workflow management, content management systems, CRM, marketing automation, social media management, business intelligence, and web analytics platforms.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is required; professional project management certification is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, primarily focused on event planning and engagement through digital marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, web, social media, email, online advertising, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with brand management in the industry or technology sector is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and metrics for performance measurement and adjustments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • High initiative and proactive mindset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
