Overview
This hybrid position is centered in the RTP, North Carolina area, where the Senior Marketing Specialist for Global Multimedia Creative will take on the role of a creative expert responsible for generating content across diverse media platforms.

Role Objective
This position entails the development and implementation of high-caliber design concepts that align with the company's product and service goals, all within the framework of a comprehensive Global Marketing Strategy aimed at driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with go-to-market and regional marketing teams to bring innovative concepts to fruition, providing insightful recommendations.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions, define project scopes, and assist in the creation of creative briefs.
  • Offer design direction and support to the global marketing team across various regions, including Europe, UK&I, North America, and India.
  • Create and uphold visual assets that elevate the Clinisys brand and its solutions, such as imagery, icons, marketing materials, videos, campaigns, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, website designs, and event creatives.
  • Solicit feedback and refine designs based on stakeholder input.
  • Ensure all materials comply with QARA regulations and are reviewed by the digital marketing team for brand consistency.
  • Guarantee that regionally developed materials align with the corporate image, positioning, and messaging across all laboratory solutions and promotional channels.
  • Manage and organize multimedia within a digital asset management system, maintaining the Clinisys Brand Central folder.
  • Assist in the design layout, navigation, and uploading of relevant content and graphics for the company website.
  • Coordinate projects with external graphic agencies as necessary, including obtaining project estimates and ensuring adherence to graphic, proofing, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of market positioning against competitors, utilizing data and insights to propose creative enhancements to the brand's market proposition.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with FDA's Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and other applicable international regulatory standards.
Required Skills
  • Experience in multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute multiple critical projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a capacity for innovative thinking and rapid achievement of business outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively drive and deliver marketing objectives.
  • Validated capability to communicate with diverse audiences through written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to thrive in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to consider different perspectives and evaluate opposing viewpoints.
  • Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of contemporary graphic and marketing tools, techniques, and technologies.
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and creating multimedia collateral directly.
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design, marketing communications, multi-channel advertising, and brand awareness in software or high-tech environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience with presentation, publishing, and video development tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in global or international digital and marketing communications.
  • Background in the IT software marketplace.
  • Experience working in-house within a corporate setting.
  • Comfort in communicating with and presenting to clinical and technical experts and leadership.
  • Familiarity with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or similar fields is desirable.
  • Experience in project management.

The starting salary range for this position typically falls between $75,000 and $95,000 annually. The actual pay will be determined based on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience.

Physical Requirements

This role is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. It involves prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, with occasional travel required (up to 15%). The position may involve moderate lifting and carrying (15-44 lbs.) and requires the ability to walk or stand for 2-6 hours.
