Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Client Engagement Manager (CEM) is to oversee a portfolio of significant Midstream and Transportation clients within the Oil & Gas sector by fostering relationships with these clients and ensuring they have a positive experience with Quorum's offerings.

This is accomplished by being directly accountable for customer health assessments and acting as the advocate for each assigned client's journey with Quorum.

You will manage an annual recurring revenue ranging from $5M to $10M with some of our largest and most established Midstream and Transportation clients across North America.

Your contributions will support strategies aimed at maximizing customer health, acquisition, retention, and profitability with Quorum.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing customer action plans and facilitating onboarding processes
  • Conducting regular monthly and quarterly touchpoints with clients
  • Managing account escalations
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer health
  • Overseeing renewals
  • Coordinating across various organizational functions
  • Implementing Customer Satisfaction initiatives to enhance client health and address backlogs
  • Collaborating with sales to identify and capitalize on account opportunities
  • Assisting clients in resolving challenges
  • Tracking time and maintaining documented relationships and identified risks in the company CRM
  • Prioritizing support and development tasks
  • Taking necessary actions to retain clients
  • Configuring applications as needed
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Team members and cross-functional groups within Quorum
  • Addressing customer issues related to products, services, support, and renewals
  • Organizing and coordinating essential resources for successful business maintenance and development with clients
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Competence in data analytics

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or account management role
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in areas such as Midstream Gas Processing, Gas Gathering, Pipeline Transaction Management, and Gas & Liquid Measurement

Additional Information:

The successful candidate will be required to complete background checks, including Criminal History, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver's License Verification, and passport/ID validation.

Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States or Canada is required, as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
