Position Overview:
As an Inside Service Agent, you will play a vital role in managing customer inquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, email, chat, and fax. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. This role is essential in promoting customer loyalty and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding their insurance policies with a focus on professionalism.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Allstate's policies and procedures relevant to your licensing province.
  • Deliver personalized service, acting as a Trusted Advisor in the insurance domain.
  • Highlight Allstate's features and benefits during portfolio reviews.
  • Oversee the policy renewal process and assist clients with modifications to their policies.
  • Respond to online inquiries as necessary.
  • Foster client loyalty through meticulous attention to detail and relationship management during policy renewals.
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling of Auto and Property products in alignment with Allstate's underwriting standards.
  • Assist clients during First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claim calls, documenting necessary details and ensuring claims are properly assigned.
  • Meet and exceed performance and attendance benchmarks.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Possession of an OTL or General Level 1 Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one for your province.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • This position is remote; a suitable home office environment is required.
  • Availability to work evenings is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a call center and familiarity with the insurance industry is advantageous.
