**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process customer orders and report relevant data to 3PL providers.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding order status, ship dates, prices, availability, and backorders.
  • Gather and review all necessary order entry specifications and details to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Determine the root cause of service complaints, identify best-case solutions, and expedite corrections or adjustments.
  • Analyze sales reports and client account information to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure that all products are transferred and delivered to the designated location as requested.
  • Review availability of items to be shipped by checking inventory records or conducting spot inventories.
  • Identify and report slow-moving products.
  • Ensure that all necessary reports and forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and coordinate with supervisors as necessary.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
  • Keep managers and supervisors informed of Finished Goods Inventory status and report any discrepancies.
  • Attend all company training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to resolve customer complaints.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
